MF - amuse me - sent me a questionnaire today asking, why I don't do their clothes shops anymore. Well perhaps if you paid what ESA paid when they had the client and you allowed returns, I might be interested. Who the hell wants a voucher, which you can only use online, which is one of the suggestions or a gift voucher. These shops seem to go off the board, quite quickly so not sure the purpose of the questionnaire...

I suspect the purpose of the questionnaire is that they want to further reduce what they pay, from not much to nothing (or, as they put it, a voucher), and are testing the water.

Think I must be one of the lucky ones as I have never had to complete a second visit - have a few to do today and what's the betting they will all require second visits!!

Don't these all need a second visit? That's the way my brief read anyway.

Think I must be doing a different chain of shops BG as the ones I am visiting only require a second visit if there is a till discrepancy - have just double checked as was beginning to doubt myself!

Have had an email from ESA about an audit I did in August and saying their system shows there are queries. Am glad they told me as my system didn't tell me there were any...

Have been asked to respond as soon as possible which I have. Am hoping they let me know what the queries are though.

    Gap paid today.
  • The outdoor visits take double the time that the brief states and even TNS phone shops are quicker - not amused 😣

I had to drop that one, as had to deal with a family issue on the day in question. Sounds like a good miss - I thought it would be a hour in the shop + report and the fee did not cover the effort.

I'm starting to think a lot if the jobs aren't worth the fee lol
Btw has anyone else got the banking survey from MF today?
