MF - amuse me - sent me a questionnaire today asking, why I don't do their clothes shops anymore. Well perhaps if you paid what ESA paid when they had the client and you allowed returns, I might be interested. Who the hell wants a voucher, which you can only use online, which is one of the suggestions or a gift voucher. These shops seem to go off the board, quite quickly so not sure the purpose of the questionnaire...0

I suspect the purpose of the questionnaire is that they want to further reduce what they pay, from not much to nothing (or, as they put it, a voucher), and are testing the water.0 -

Have had an email from ESA about an audit I did in August and saying their system shows there are queries. Am glad they told me as my system didn't tell me there were any...
Have been asked to respond as soon as possible which I have. Am hoping they let me know what the queries are though.0 -

I had to drop that one, as had to deal with a family issue on the day in question. Sounds like a good miss - I thought it would be a hour in the shop + report and the fee did not cover the effort.0 -
