Anyone finding they have ESA completed jobs that are sitting around pending payment? Have realised I have two of the phone/online type from June waiting to be paid, a charity one from July and an audit one from August. Not so concerned about that one yet but haven't been given any explanation about the others. Better chase them up.
Yup, they are usually ones with a query on them but ESA don't bother to contact you to clear any points up, they expect you to chase them.0 -
I am very very irritated today...the complete incompetence in some stores has wasted half my day and put me behind schedule. Has anytime else had this issue?:rotfl:Survey Queen/Poundland Fanatic:rotfl:0

Can we have a bit more flesh on the bones so we have a clue about your problems?0 -

Awww poor shelle_belle. No details really necessary. I can understand if you just needed to vent.
This is what upset me today. The brief required a post-shop covert window display photo. The location turned out to be an alleyway, in the middle of a tough estate precinct. The staff had nothing to do but look out the window, and the sunshine meant the folks next door had brought their sofa, friends, and cans outside.
I thought about chickening out and returning after closing time, but I noticed the roller shutters.
Why do I do this?arghhh!!!0 -

Yep - had similar with a React charity shop. Gangs of youths sitting on benches with their cans of special brew. Quick snap and walk away quick..
Noticed React had launched a new set of charity shops. Brief is cr*p - and area rough where shop is - so giving that a miss.0 -
I also find that I have not been paid for a series of ESA phone shop/online/call jobs. They are being extremely evasive when it comes to why I have not been paid, and when it might happen. Four emails to them on the subject have been ignored. Have therefore sent them another, cc-ed to the operations director, making it clear that they have the option of paying me within seven days, or otherwise explaining the situation to a judge.0

Are they serious I bought 1 item at £2.99 the other at £4.99. Paying with 3 x £3 pound coins and 1x £5. I don't plan on doing anymore of these visits.
Crap, I just accepted one of those after a desperate email. Just read the brief and thought- are they serious?! Who would ever pay with the exact money? And exactly what are they trying to elicit from that?!
Thanks for the heads up, I am doing a car boot this weekend, so I will hang on to ALL my change. Starting to wish I never accepted....Minimalist

I wonder if the last person to leave on Friday evening turned the lights out when they left!
Is anyone else having problems logging into RA?0
