anyone else having problems with the gfk website?
Yes, I did this morning. It started playing up half way thru accepting a visit. So I lost that to someone else, who's computer worked. I think their system was overloaded or something.Minimalist

Speaking of GFK, in response to their ever convoluted briefs, I've adopted a new policy.
As of last month, after reading the questionnaire, all visits are 100% winged.
It seems to be working, I just passed a test first time without reading the notes. :rotfl:Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

I don't have an issue with their briefs. It's just a question of skim reading for the pertinent information! They do however make me run out of paper and ink frequently!Minimalist

Four messages sent and nothing back I'm pretty annoyed now. It's just rude. I'm owed for my aug ones at the end of this month. Is it worth writing to them? Blooming gapbusterI haven't been paid yet either, sent numerous message through their website and emailed them lot's of times, haven't even received an acknowledgement of those messages, yet somehow they still seem to be able to send me 'urgent' follow up email to a later mystery shop that I completed with them. I've informed them that I am not completing any more work for them until I get paid for the shops that I've already done as I certainly cannot afford to keep paying out for shops and not receiving any payment for them. Personally I think it's disgusting and once I've received payment for ALL shops completed with GAPBUSTER I shall be closing my account and using companies that DO pay on time.0

I've had problems sending messages as well, but when I've sent them e-mails directly they have always been quite fast to reply.

The new MF report system is so much easier to read and faster.
And the transition to it explains why I spent most of last night and this morning trying to get my beer report to not tell me things were missing when they weren't and to upload.0
