Just checked my ESA pay statement and, glad to say, it all looks in order :)

Purchase reimbursement figure shown includes both ticket and postage cost.

Mine's all over the place but as dazza said, hang on till the money is in the account as things can and do change, I am more annoyed that gold shops done on the 8th August haven't been OK'd.

9 weeks and counting for me, and they wonder why I won't take any more jobs from them.

Always paid around 6 weeks after the job, used to have a steady flow. Picked up loads recently with nice bonuses and the cheque arrived today.

You're more than welcome to them, they are not worth the hassle.

Does MF ever increase its fee for jobs that have been hanging? I joined a couple of months ago and the beds jobs in my area keep having their dates pushed out. Would have thought that the penny might drop or are they going recycle them forever..

I thought that the brief sounded like a nightmare...cutting things up and taking pictures and then emailing them to see if they are okay....I'm with you...no thanks!

Yup. They have increased fees on bed shop and opticians round here that have been hanging for months. It annoys me, they won't accept offers to do they job and then they put the fees up anyway!

I made a mistake on an audit job yesterday :/ Owned up straight away and offered to go back ASAP. Wasted all day hanging around, waiting to hear if I should go. Nothing. 2 phone calls- no responses. 2 emails- all I got back was I passed your message on. But someone did give me the phone number of the account exec today on email no 2. Should I bother, or just wait for them to call me. They're clearly not in a rush and the job has weeks to run. hoping they'll forgive me! It does happen occasionally. Only the 2nd time I've ever made a mistake- feeling bad!

Odd that BG. I did one of these on the 7 Aug, and it's been ok'd for payment.

The expenses for the postage have been added but still pending validation, no response to emails either, I suspect they bit off more than they could chew with that ticket job.
