I'm really confused over how the MF proofreaders work. Had a query over a blurry receipt (it wasn't) responded suggesting they put there glasses on and 5 minutes later everything is OK and pending payment. Does the same person who made the daft query actually action the response?

I suspect not. From the quality of the queries I get, and the timings, I suspect they keep a copy-centre overseas somewhere (best bet - India).

God, I hate the blummin marketing questions. Just let me report on the actual experience I had without making me come up with the 5 words I most closely associate with the brand or asking me if I feel like a valued friend. Grump grump grump.
