I haven't had anything from them this year either. They do have a online site but it never has anything on it. As I recall they also allocate by phone/text so assuming they have a list of preferred shoppers as I am not on it:mad:

I did the usual small supermarket jobs mid Feb. They phoned to ask if I wanted to do them.

I also had an email about another 2 shops nearby which I phoned them about and had allocated to me.

Has anyone tried to sign in to the GR website this evening. It won't let me and I really need to access it for an upcoming job. Thanks.

I could not get in either. Was trying to get the paperwork for the job tomorrow. Hopefully it will correct itself tomorrow when GR is in the office.

That's what I am trying to get in to the site for. Not to complete but to check what I need to do. I'll leave it for now I think.

RA just rang to say they probably can't accept a report I've submitted because I didn't purchase anything (I previously mentioned this a couple of days ago), she said I should have pushed harder for her to recommend something but she just wasn't at all interested, she even suggested I go to a different shop. I'm going to be really annoyed if they don't pay me. I only do those jobs for the reimbursed product anyway and I didn't even get one this time!

That would have been my thinking as well. Not had that much to do with RA but was slightly 'bemused' on the health shops where you have to void the receipt and get it countersigned by the shop. Got the impression from that they are a bit 'anal'...
