Just go away from your computer, have a drink or two and try again :). I had the same problem with a stamp visit. It had taken more time to do the test than completing the visit !

That's one of the ones I'm having problems with. Stupid thing is I've done loads of stamp visits back when another company had that contract.

Yeah I've had that. Check the wording of some of the questions as they like things like double negatives!

I ended up Sunday by request returning to store that I had done a 'buy back' on previous Friday and asking the stores management whether they had other stock lurking in a warehouse. A covert one that ended up being overt in the end. Took a bit of explaining at the customer services desk..

Should have just asked the staff on the shop floor to get the dept manager, I didn't bother asking at cust services or signing in as the queues are always way too long in that store

I did a job today that involved making a purchase based on the member of staffs recommendation, the member of staff didn't want to help at all, no recommendation was made and I didn't buy anything but now I can't submit the report because I don't have a receipt. I'll ring them tomorrow but I wonder if I won't get paid because I didn't buy anything :(

That's happened to me before...I just upload the report as normal and explain not having a receipt. I get round needing to upload one by adding a blank JPEG...not sure if that helps

  • I have just tried to join Bare but the link in the first post does not work, does anyone have a new link please?
  • Hi, I have been mystery shopping for over a year now but have recently joined Bare International and have passed their tests. Last week I applied to do one of their coffee shop visits but the assignment is still on the job board and my application is pending, even though the start date is passed.

Is it normal for them to leave me waiting so long or are they likely waiting for an offer from a more experienced shopper?

Finally, would a polite email to the schedulers hurt?

Any advice would be great, thanks.
