Doing an up-high TV visit tomorrow with a fee that is 150% of the original. Worth asking for!

Well done - I thought the original fee was fine, as it only takes about 10-15 minutes. Far better fee than the current wave of GFK bank jobs at the moment...
  • I did my first job for IMS last week, and all seemed ok. After a few days I received an email to say that my report was passed, and online it is showing under payments and also Calls passed quality checks.
Late today I received an email telling me that a form has been returned to me, and I need to complete it by 9am tomorrow. I cant find anything under quality checks, or My Calls.
Any advice from someone who knows their system better than me? I'm lost.
    thanks

I had that email. I haven't had any reports returned to me. I particularly liked the part where they pointed out that the work is now very overdue and they may not pay, in their usual friendly way (not). Yet when I point out their errors, there is no response. I wouldn't worry about it, threatening messages which are completely unfounded seem to be the way forward.

A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work

    It may be a coincidence.

I have had an email from IMS telling me I should complete queries....

'IMS have returned one or more response form to you for further action.

Please can you ensure that the relevant sections are actioned and comments are added to support your answers and that the response forms are returned to IMS by 9am tomorrow morning (19th Feb)

The campaign is now well past its deadline date and failure to resubmit your response forms by this date and time will result in no payment"

But I have never done a single job for IMS. Anyone else getting this? Do others suspect there are spamster/ virals about? I can't work it out.
    arghhh!!!

I suspect someone their end pressed the send to all tab rather than the send to person it was meant to.
  • Skintsocks - that's interesting.

I think the email comes from elsewhere..... im(poster)s.

Cannot understand why anyone would want to confuse us.

I guess someone wants to discredit IMS.
    arghhh!!!

Same here. I received email but I haven't done any job for them. They asked about E**O coupon MS response form.

Same here, same passive aggressive tone.
I for one am getting sick of the way they treat their field staff.

They appear to be a bit of a two bob outfit. Thankfully not one I have bothered to register with.
