I did my first job for IMS last week, and all seemed ok. After a few days I received an email to say that my report was passed, and online it is showing under payments and also Calls passed quality checks.
Late today I received an email telling me that a form has been returned to me, and I need to complete it by 9am tomorrow. I cant find anything under quality checks, or My Calls.
Any advice from someone who knows their system better than me? I'm lost.
    thanks

I am signed up with them, but have never done a job for them. I too got this email- pretty impressive to be returning my report! I don't think I'll be in a hurry to do work for them, they seem a hapless company with poor fees who are always desperate for poor sods to work for them.

The irony is, as i pointed in my email to them, that they actually returned 5 of mine last week due to a technical error on their part that required some details resubmitted, but i had no notification email and found them by chance, which have since been pased. The jobs thenselves were actually v easy and worthwhile for a circuit.
Yet it seems this email has now gone to everyone on their database if they did the job or not.
    So another technical error...

They appear to be a bit of a two bob outfit. Thankfully not one I have bothered to register with.

Even some of the biggest in world (tns) make mistakes...
They work for some and not others though

    Me neither.
  • Grrrrrrrrrrrr I'm not working for Helion anymore!!

I have done a couple of jobs for them and both times they have given me a 'Fair' for my report. The said, both times, that my spelling, grammar and punctuation are at fault - I have a degree in English Language, which I got in 2009, and was never criticised for any of that by my tutors.
  • Snap! I had the same issue with them...I think it's to stop you bring able to assign jobs personally.

They don't have many jobs unless you are into cars and when they do have a big release of computer jobs their self assign system falls over. Don't think you are missing much not doing work for them as the odd job you do get takes about 7/8 weeks to get paid.

Monkey Farce seem to be offering some pretty fair premiums for jobs they're stuck with.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

Actually saw a good fee for a male clothes shop visit. Had they also given me mileage, I would have snapped their hand off.
