I wasn't referring to mistakes, I was referring to their apparent lack of basic inter personal skills when dealing with other businessmen and women i.e. their contractors.

i think its as true, I know some have, but ive personally never had an issue with anyone ive spoken to there, right up to senior management

a lot of companies here have given some people poor communication and interpersonal dealings, in one form or another

Speaking to them on the phone I'd agree with you, but some of the emails they have sent out are down right rude.

I think their emails get off to a bad start, no hello or dear, just your name in capitals, immediately it looks like they're barking orders.

Seems like Bare have stopped reimbursing the coffee purchases, that's me done the last one then.

Bare jewellery visits are still sitting in my area. Looks like people think twice now before taking reimbursement only job , unless they need jewellery for themselves or family/friend.

These ones were badly timed, the ones just before Valentines day flew out, I can't think why

The GFK bank jobs are growing like topsy in my area and still not shifting. The fee will need to increase significantly before they will shift as IMHO the scenario is quite complex and you really do need to have a good story lined up.
