Quite a few things available in my area on MF but i'd be out of pocket if I did any of them. Boo!0

Life just got easier. Found an address on the availability checker that can't get broadband. That ll take 10 minutes off each visitYes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0 -

Strangely for my area the pub chain jobs are hanging. Usually these get snapped up, wondering if people have worked out the costs involved accepting these jobs. Quite a few are well out in the sticks.0 -

Not a lot of stuff on offer here. The posh sandwich shop worked for me, as it is pretty close to my office and it makes a change from eating at my desk, but I haven't seen it for some time. Maybe there is a waiting period before doing it again.
MF has quite a slick operation. They must have a lot of shoppers and they are really successful at mopping up outstanding assignments. If it doesn't go initially a very modest premium sees it off. I was recently working in a place where they have two assignments that they really struggle to shift. I offered to do them with a slight change in dates, thinking they would grab the opportunity, but they didn't buy it at all.0 -
Does anyone know who does mystery shopping for train operating companies? I have tried to find out this but have anyways been unsuccessful. The route I am thinking of is a certain North to the capital route. Thanks0

Haven't you asked a question like that before?
We don't answer those questions, you could be a member of staff looking for details.0 -
Shannon is indeed a man. I made the mistake of sending chocolates to "Miss Shannon" at TNS about a year ago. Doh! Poor guy must have been so embarrassed!
ahh thank youSunny_spell wrote: »The mystery is solved. Thank you! I can hear whitelabel saying,'I told you so!'
its more a relief of "thank goodness, im not going mad" :rotfl:ms_night_ryder wrote: »Lol question is why you were sending the allocators chocolates in the first place!
Ive sent 2 cases of wine to a team before at christmas.... a very small investment for the work I get in return, usually ahead of being offered to others and with an easy premium when needed.
Keep the allocators sweet and it makes things easier.0 -

No never asked before. Will keep googling to find out. I blame redspottedhanky offers for getting me into the habit of travel by first class.0 -

When I ms'd properly, I normally sent a box of chocolates at Xmas to the companies I get a lot of work off or if there were allocators I got on really well with.
The man from TNS got the chocolates simply because I got paid full whack for 5 shops which were all closed and he was the one that was managing that client. A posh box of chocolates does not cost a lot when you get paid just short of a ton for doing sweet f.a.;);)
Oh and not sure if the RM website is forked, but I had a few calls from a withheld number last week offering me the usual newsagents/stationery shops that are normally on the website. Also, they offered me 2 new clients where the fee/purchase was actually rather good and they gave mileage too! Let's hope other MS companies follow in their footsteps.
Hope you have all had a good weekend. Good luck with the mystery shopping all.0 -
As well as GfK and ABAi, there's an ESA payment in my bank this morning too0
