Most I've done is 22 which were simple electronic equipment audits. Had a very easy report to complete which I completed as I went along after leaving each store. That was a long old day and involved a fair bit of driving around but worthwhile moneywise.

    I did 25... before lunch.

and 10 MF beer jobs for lunch? ;)

I can't remember the biggest number of jobs I've ever done in a day, but you probably wouldn't believe me if I told you.

In a former job, I put a side rack in every little slapper in England and merched it up. Picture a big Renault van, loaded to the roof with sideracks, twice :rotfl:

I was getting paid per store and got it to the point where including getting the stand out the van, signing in, talking to the manager, unpacking and fitting the stand, unfolding and placing 32? doy trays, locating the stock, merching it, doing the pictures and getting signed off, I could be back in the van in 20 minutes. I think I cleared an 8 week project in 3 weeks :D
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?
  • Quite happy to see a job that was with AQ in the spring now being done by Bare instead. :-)

Bare sure have a better track record when it comes to timely payment.

30 jobs in a day! Flippin eck! Did you get that many because the company(s) know you and offer it to you before sending general emails out?

Part of a project of 150 odd merchandising visits at fixed cost per store so quicker I did them better for me. Groups together nearby in small groups, so not too much travel. Got it down to 5 mins for a simple up to 20 for a complicated one.
    , long days though

Todays light relief, doing a phone shop where all the male members of staff seemed to be taking part in Movember.

It gave me the idea of putting Queen's Greatest Hits on while I get the reports done.

ive been in a store where a woman seemed to be taking movember pretty seriously too... had to think hard about what to include for the staff description on that one when asked for distinguishing features....

Does anyone know what time is classed as evening for a GFK MS? I'm wondering if it's after 5.30pm or after 6pm? Thanks

If memory serves me correctly, in general it's actually after 4.30pm - some clients do have differing timeframes, but this would be specified in the brief/coversheet.

A great start to the week, not one, but three companies have paid the wrong amount. I'm starting to wonder if they just let the YTS kids loose on the pay run or whether they're all completely incompetent.

    Sorry, I needed to rant.
