I am a new MS and I have completed a few visits for different companies (from page 1). Many thanks to everyone who posted here, I learnt a lot since I have started reading this thread.

I got email last Friday from T** asking if I could do a phone visit and they offered mileage. I sent them email stating I would be happy to do a visit on Monday if they are going to cover petrol cost etc and included miles figure and £* . Today I received an automatic reply from them just saying the visit had been allocated to me and nothing else regarding mileage. I checked their sassy site and there is just standard payment figure in the log. I sent them email confirming mileage again but I haven't heard from them. The weather is horrible down here and I am not sure if I should do a visit today before getting a reply from them. What shall I do?

Hi, I've got 3 TNS visits tomorrow, all with mileage, but on my shop log it still says the standard fee. The way to check is to click on your pay statement Via their sassie site.

Phone call from RA, desperate for me to take on 3 visits this afternoon with no increase in fees or mileage. Told them to take a hike, as other companies can offer me similar jobs for 3x the fee! They are having a laugh, they wouldn't even negotiate the fee more than £2 and they were a pittance anyway!!!

If you have agreed the extra it will be there, they only add it on to your pay statement.

I've two the same tomorrow and two from Friday, Shannon hasn't let me down yet.

They used to be half decent with the last minute bonuses, I don't blame you for not budging.

My scenario was a bulb.

Although............... when I bought my last car it came without a bulb in the interior light. Rather than faff about with a return to the dealer I went and bought one from that store. The staff member on realising the car was only a few days old advised me not to buy one but to go back to the dealer instead.

err ive just come on to post here to make sure you double check those payments... then read this...
ive checked mine last night and noticed that agreed mileage was missing from my payment statement when it was pending for a big circuit I did, which has now gone as paid and without it added on.

Fee agreed for some last minute I did on Friday were also lower than than normal, let alone bonus and no mileage listed for those either...

Emails sent and spoke to Br***** about it when he phoned later this afternoon, who said he would get the controller to sort it asap, but be sure to double check your visits...

another 8 reports to do tonight now though ;(

I've just checked and I'm also missing mileage for an urgent visit I did.
