Sky are installing our dish this Tuesday. They've told my boyfriend the install will be £50. Is that right? I didn't keep a copy of the simply digital t&c's so can't remember!

a company Sky have appointed phoned to arrange installation AVC something or other, they told me there would be an installation fee and I said I hadnt been told about that, they are checking with sky and calling me back Monday, will let you know

If there is an instalation fee you pay it to Sky NOT the installer.

The Simply Digital offer is FREE instalation, so all you have to pay is £49 for Sky+ or £149 for Sky+ HD

I called today but the lady was asking for a reference number starting with number 4...... I explained everything but she couldn't find my details in the system.

Do you have any other ref number other then the simplydigital.co.uk order number?

sahmed I lost my letter but when I phoned sky they had my details, I therefore didnt need the letter. Did you have a letter from sky cos that should in itself be proof enough that you registered for the deal.

If it is any help, I registered with simply digital whom passed on my details to sky. I missed the call from sky twice, and couldn't respond to their contact number within the allotted time, this being the end of June.However this morning I did get a letter from sky with a ref number and a new contact number, have faith, they want your business and I am sure they will get back to you.
