My wife ordered on Monday, not heard anything at all yet. Was surprised that the website didn't ask whether Sky+ or HD was required and that the website didn't take any payment.

I thought that when i ordered but when they phone sky ask you if you are still intrested in the offer and what you want to go for and the package you want took £49 for the box at the time and sent me a form for paying by direct debit.

Ive been looking on hotukdeals too and theyve been ringing sky themselves, so i did yesterday, they said my number was on contact list but they hadnt got round to it yet, its being installed on monday. So id give them a ring.

we're still waiting for sky to contact us - been assured by simply digital that sky WILL call, but due to unprecendented demand there is a huge backlog for them to get through.
We shall see...........................

Me too, I ordered on 18/6 & still hadnt heard from sky.
I rang simply yesterday & they gave a number to ring for sky, very nice lady looked on the list & there I was, she said they were inundated with this offer & hadnt got round to ringing everyone yet, so she took my order there & then & its due to come on Wednesday.

i had my half price sky hd installed on sunday just gone

well actually the sky engineer didn't install it as he was too scared to go up the ladder and told us that we would have to wait 6-8 weeks for 'special ops' to do it from our roof. so my boyfriend ended up installing the sky dish himself.

Sky contacted me last week. I'd forgot about it to be honest because I applied in May!
They've told me that EVERYONE who registered will get the half price offer, but they have a mountainous backlog. I'm getting their top package for £21.75 per month for 12 months instead of £43.50.
Also the sky+ box is £50 instead of £100 and it's free installation.

You can phone them on 08702400024 if you can't wait, just tell them that they originally called you and left this number on your answerphone to call back. They check that you have registered with simplydigital first though.

Get mine fitted this week. Fingers crossed they don't !!!! it up, like they did 8 years ago when I used to have it!
