Are you looking for an alternative comping portal rather than MSE

I am seriously hacked off the my mag posts have been C&P'd including the direct link to the mag.

It won't be a copy & paste job... imo it's a script pulling content off MSE possibly via the forum RSS. That site though has been running for years and I doubt has gained traction in comping circles (probs due to duplicate content issues - and well not being very good)...

MSE could block IPs, stop the RSS but probs will need an email to the site/hosts to put an end to it.

what do you suggest we as just posters could do about it.

I can't understand what they hope to achieve from it. Surely no one is stupid enough to actually use their site to enter comps? The tacky layout would put me off for a start...

have sent a report to MSE powers & suggest others do to,
though as said before when it was happening reports were sent & nothing AFAIR was done about these things

Exactly this, it's a naff website, if I stumbled across it I wouldn't use it as it looks like it is managed by a numpty. How sad for them to be that bored/lonely.

I presume the aim of the site is more to get folk in via search engines and click through the Google Ads.
