That's the annoying and good thing about domain registration. You can and will have your domain revoked if you provide false information, but your real information is there for all to see.

The email address domain resolves to what looks like a horse betting service.

A company really screwed up a couple weeks ago and tried to scam my mom. She got her money back, no problem, her credit card company was really awesome about it, but SO and I spent a good 3 hours tracing the site owner across a large number of sites. It was cathartic just to know what info we had.

The guy being in the US it was even easier because of Spokeo

It's both amazing, and frightening, what info is out there.

It should probably be referred up to MSE admin/owners, as they'd have the ownership authority to tell a scraper to cut the crud.

The person listed can always say his details were stolen and used without his knowledge.
