hi, i have another post about birmingham, but thought id start a new one as im unsure how to edit title.....
were going to birmingham this wkend & have decided on sealife centre fri afternoon, then have a walk along the canals. our premier in is hagley road, then we will be going to cadbury world sat.
ive heard about the tunnels being closed. ive had a look here http://www.amey.co.uk/BrumTunnels/WhatsHappening.aspx but as weve never visited birmingham before im not sure on the best way to re-route and find somewhere to park?
or can anyone suggest a bus, park & ride or something similar that would get us from hagley road premier inn to centre?
ive had a quick google, but not sure where to find a bus time table and prices.
if anyone could help us that would be brilliant. there will b 2 adults, 6 yr old and 3 yr old. thanks!

Have you asked the premier inn? They're bound to know about buses. Probably easier than driving - some of the central car parks are ok, others are a bit silly money.
Try the no 9 timetable, phone won't let me post links. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
thank you. i will have a look and contact premier inn.
we cant get in until 2pm, but i was thinking of parking there and getting bus to centre, or do a park and ride type thing?**Waiting for a BIG win!**

Park there for the free parking and bus it in. Not sure Brum stretches to park and ride on that side. And it's a busy road so buses should run regularly. Once you're central, everything's walkable and reasonably well signposted. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

No, Cadbury world is south of Brum and the tunnel is to get through the centre. Shouldn't be a problem. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
