I have to confess that I've never cooked swordfish before (have eaten it though) Think I'm going to treat it like I do fresh tuna steaks - pan fried for 2 mins on each side and then plonk on the plate with some lime wedges to squeeze over.

I've been meal planning since last year thanks to OS, but finding myself in a pickle. I joined Slimming World and lots of meals I used to make I can't do now. Anything with butter, oil pastry, cream is out and need to go easy on potato.
We both love chicken but struggling with recipes for chicken thighs, any ideas? I'm already a big fan of Chinese Chicken (wine, soy, water, sugar and mustard).Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -
