I am just sneaking in here, purely because I have run out of ideas & have slipped almost off the back of the OS wagon. I know I need to meal plan but really need some inspiration, so I hope you don't mind me here. I'll sit quietly and try not to fidget.

Well my first meal plan worked so well this last week, I can't believe what a difference it made to my shopping costs, meal quality and not to mention stress levels!!! No longer running around like a headless chicken at 5pm thinking what to do for tea.

This week is quite busy for me, so keeping it simple:

    Sat - Chicken pasta
    Sun - Party food (DS1 will be 19:eek: )
Mon - Roast Lamb and veg (postponed from Sunday)
Tues - Lamb curry (or mince curry if no lamb left over)
Wed - Bacon and leek suet roll and veg
    Thurs - Meatballs and spagetti
Fri - Shepherds pie and veg

Tonight we are having a Ploughmans instead.....read a menu last night and saw this and have been craving it since then:confused: ...so we have everything in except a fresh crusty loaf. So our ploughmans will consist of:
Gem lettuce, cucumber and vine toms
    Crumbed ham
    Chunk of cheddar
    half a crispy apple
    branston pickle
    fresh crusty bread and butter

    salivating just thinking about it.
