whilst i was there today i have been served by this woman quite a few times in the past so decided to ask a couple of questions. i asked when they were closing and they said they were in a three month consultation period. and i asked with regard if the usual guarantees apply with them closing and they said yes they tell you if any probs after it shuts just ring the number they give you on the leaflet they give you with every purchase just keep your receipt as that your guarantee as is usually the case. they are closing down the shops but not there online version of it so no probs with guarantee being honoured

The even more overpriced https://www.lxdirect.com ,https://www.littlewoods.com and https://www.sport-e.com will be the only bits left.

soz i must have got it wrong she just said to me the online bit was stayin open i didnt realize she ment another branch of it she just used it to say i had no worries the usual guarantee would still apply people would just have to phone them rather than go instore as usual:o



i just asked with peeps on this thread were concerned about guarantees and it got me thinking so i asked whilst i was there:)

I rang on thursday after I tried ring and reserve again on the website - just to try and check stock, and the lady said ring and reserve was stopped so you can't even check if anything is in stock, I can't reserve via telphone either but it does tell you if they have the item still in stock

Mini Fridge @ index are £9.99.

These are the very small ones which only take 4 cans?

They can be used in the car. Are they good value for money or are you better of using a the traditional cool box and ice blocks?

Are they a good price at £9.99 or are there some larger ones about that don't cost that much more?

I'd say that is probably cheaper to use the traditional cool box, if it only takes 4 cans.
