Oh hang on, no, my card won't fit the new phone ....
You can use this template to mark your sim with a CD marker pen then cut with sharp scissors.
The last one I did was already scored and I just had to break off the extra around the sim. I only noticed when I was starting to cut it.

What do the NP think about artificial trees? Should they have fibre-optics so the ends of the branches glow, or should they just be tree coloured and then have lights put on extra, like a real tree does? The one I inherited from LNE is just tree coloured, but I think if I was choosing from scratch I'd probably get one with glowing branch-tips.
I think - just don't (-:
I adore natural trees. We don't have any type of Christmas tree, but then we're in Kent for at least 10 days, so we do trees and all sorts of decorations there.
My mother has a Christmas tree that includes everything and every colour, and various infant-made decorations, and she comes over all tasteful in the rest of the house....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

It is wonderful.
Recently read a stephen king book, with a catch line "dancing is life".Doozergirl wrote: »Me too. I start wearing a hat quite early in the season. When we hit proper winter, I have a couple of fleecy ski headband/ear cover things which I wear under my hat as my ears still get cold and painful. They're a godsend.
A friend recently "invested" in one of those beard masks. He says it is a godsend.:)It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

Ou r tree is usually gold with some hints of colour. In the kitchen we have some re lights and nutcrackers.
What do other nice people have for decoration? And is it what they would want if they were choosing now? What's the favorite colour / theme of nps' christmas trees?
Men in our house do as they're told!:)
We have a big tree. Covered in 3 sets of lights, candy canes, a star at the top. There is a bead style replacement for tinsel, baubles are not allowed.
We have a lifesize santa, which will talk if turned on.
The ceramic snowman is filled with sweeties. As is the gingerbread house.
There are lots of ornamental things put up where we're told to put them.
Cards tend to be put onto the doors, or hanging from a piece of string somewhere.
Living room doors have the large homemade advent calendars (that you fill yourselves) hung on them.
Socks on the fireplace.
Presents under the tree.
We even have a special mug/plate for santa, as well as a plate for reindeer food!
I've missed loads of things out, but that is cos I am a bloke!:oIt's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

If they didn't make such a mess, I'd go real tree all the way.
However on artificial trees I'd like something that at least looks vaguely real, therefore no led lights for me.Wear hat indoors, especially if hat is fleecy. When it is really cold, it makes a big difference to have your whole self wearing clothes rather than just from the neck down, with loads of heat escaping through your head.
Urban myth. The old saying was that you lose 50% of bodyheat through your head. Load of tosh!lostinrates wrote: »They were giving advice on tv news the other day about keeping warm. One was only drink decaf tea and coffee, not the normal stuff and the other I remember was don't wear a hat.
I thought....that was written by peoe who have never lived it.
The crucially important thing I find is warm feet though. The uber toasty thermal socks that don't fit in normal shoes (currently being sold in tescos) are super.....I always have cold feet but these keep my feet almost human, and these inside uggs have my feet at pretty much body temperature at the Moment. If my feet are warm I am much more comfortable.
Doesn't matter what I do, my feet are always cold!:(It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

Have you tried those thermal socks and fleece lined boots?
Sheepskin insoles also help. Right now I'm wearing socks like kids ballet socks but uggs and my feet are cold but not ice blocks which the would be in normal shoes, but I can feel the floor is cold through them still.
My hands are frozen though. I should make pastry now really :rotfl:0 -
Nutcrackers, as in the Nutcracker suite.
Didn't everybody watch that at school?

There were four of us, so I decided to hire a guide and a car.Absolute brilliant Guy, and we got to see all we wanted, including a great deal many visitors would not be allowed to see. I would just make some basic checks that it is really him. If so, yes, I think that would be a very kind gesture. There is an outside chance that the money will go on arms. Does that bother you?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
