Ouch.
Not yet recovered enough for fruit for breakfast, but it was nice trying.. I am feeling so much better in general that I am not sure what I am going to say to consultant next week (too late Joe? i am healing myself). Week after that I am going to see the community dietician to see if that's useful. (I'm trying to keep an open mind

Thanks ndg and yorkie. People were asking on the news why they were given bail and it is useful to hear the informed comment as to why.
If any good is to come from this, I hear that calls to the charity who release people in slavery and servitude are up massively. Hopefully this will be a bit like the Saville enquiry, with victims coming forward and being released from the hell that must be living without freedom. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Thank you O2 for the free hot drink and wifi in town. Not enough to make up for taking away my data until Wednesday, but something at least!
Had a panic Thurs night as boiler wouldn't work. Had to wait until back at work to look up the manual (have now printed). Felt much better when I managed to get it back up and running myself (just needed repressurising). Good job too as I'm going to be away a lot over the next few weeks so being around for a plumber would have been tricky.
Kept thinking of lir and how she copes with everything...0 -

I can both depressurise and depressurise a system now too (some of the nice men did try and explain but it was easier being shown.....). Its very, very easy once you know the right bits. The only thing is two of our valves are some distance apart and it feels a bit like playing twister. :rotfl:0 -

My last house had 6' high bay windows - a pair of them (6 panes). The other windows were 4-6' high. Old/victorian house. I got brand new venetian blinds for 6 of the bay windows, plus 3 big/other windows, plus a 1.2m wide/deep kitchen window, plus a 4' wide window and a small/bathroom window for about £110 the lot. £25 for fitting.
Keep an eye out long/often enough and curtains can be picked up on markets/simiilar/ebay cheapish.0 -

It is a pretty stamp and envelope. Envelope was a little torn upon arrival, but the card wasn't damaged. Nice shiny sparkle on a cupcake0 -

I know you like sparkle.
The envelope might be my fault because I tucked rather than licked because I had a felling you might prefer that.0 -

Do you remember those old rubber roller machines in offices for licking envelopes? A little water bath and rubber roller.0 -

One of my friends is meeting boris this week to talk about 360 degree cameras. It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0
