The chocolate orange has gone. I look and feel awful. 13% on the phone and the other keys are 120 miles away.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Getting towards decorative stages of bathroom......my austere and elegant bathroom needs some lirisms.
I have three 'panels' on the side of the bath. I'm kind of loving the idea of a bit of decoupage.
This sort of idea....

Of course. After the bath
We're trying to prioritise works. Four projects call.
1. For some reason I want to do the coach house. It would value (which not much we have done yet actually does) and would give much longed for privacy but we have no clear vision for it really.....green oak (or other wood) timber frame structure....sensibly its not really next job (apart from could provide sleeping accommodation for builders on bigger phase)
2. Phase two house shell. If we do this its a long haul saving phase. Not sure how much would cost. I'm guesstimating the same as the kitchen, That's a few years saving, I'm going to want to do something between now and then....we should probably get a slab down ASAP anyway(so work has started) . Wonder how much just the slab would cost......
3. Stables. Sort of have to do this at some point sooner rather than later. Has some value for the house....increases income a bit, but not as much as it costs in out goings!
4. Dairy conversion. No idea of cost. Would mean another planning submission. Would improve living situation a bit giving resident parent own cottage. Planners probably won't go for this until stables are done......
Hmm, does that mean stables are first....? Maybe.0 -
