Nice People Thread Part 9 - and so it continues

Just got the telly on and Alan Titchmarsh show started... hadn't got round to turning it over.... anyway...

They just had a piece on facials - snail facials - and they had a woman lying down with 3 garden snails on her face.

Then ... it got worse.....

The camera angle changed and was a close up of her face/the snails, but an "up the nostrils" shot - and she had a booger up there

I've so much to sort out elsewhere, before I can make a post on there.... hours/weeks of work. My empire was so devastated there's days of work to be done everywhere I look!

DH never uses face book, but annoyingly its logged on to on macputer for when he has done. I could friend you on his. I think I can work out how to do it, but it probably wouldn't promote you much

You can buy snail gel, or could. I tried it. It was ok. I didn't feel the need to buy it again though.

Btw, what I wasn't sure I wanted to say lat week was that after all the dithering and stuf the heating people did not put in a defence and so we applied online for and got a summary judgement in our favour last Thursday.

Very soon I am hoping to get confirmation I can say their name on line. But for those of you who know the county I live for and the type of heating I was installing, google would bring them up on first page. Not the ones in coloured boxes at the top, but first below them.

It says 30 likes and you get Insights, which shows some stats. I'm happy to have pointless likes of people that'll never come back

I won't be mithering people to like this, like that, share it etc. I'm meh about it all.

But, now it's there, I can see how it'll be a handy "hub" to promote all my stuff from. Cross-pollinating can be hard, it'll be a handy tool for that (hopefully).

It makes sense. It's pretty instant and you can just update it with photos, snippets etc.

Cor blimey ..... all my online stuff makes me feel inadequate.... and wary of sharing it with people I like

I am not proud of my stuff.... in the old days capturing search engine traffic was all that mattered.. now stuff has to "look nice" and mine doesn't.... it's also screaming for updates.

And the FB page now has about 5-6 links on it. Can't pump it full in 24 hours or Google would go "hey - there's a spammer, mark them down"
