And, let's face it, you wouldn't have been riding the bike at the moment anyway, would you?

some of us ride all year. Heated gloves, the lot. ;)
What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?

    Heated gloves? Lightweight.

  • At the end of this you're going to get a rather hefty payout - keep looking forward to that!

Indeed, should enable me to setup doing something for myself, although I love doing what I've done for the past decade, it's not really what I want to be doing in to the future.

Although a payout would be much appreciated, it's got to the point where any kind of payout seems insignificant in relation to the amount of aggro this has caused.

Truth be told, when it happened, I thought, hey a few months off work that I'll be paid for, now at 5 months and looking forwards to 6, 7 or even longer, it's like screw the money, give me my leg back, get me a rattly old bike and I'll be like a pig in muck.

It's the simple things I'm missing, even popping to the shops on a whim, pottering about in the garden, going up around the field with the dog, just going for a walk somewhere, going for a midnight ride etc things you wouldn't give a second thought to normally, are all suddenly much more laboured and seem like trying to conquer everest.

Think positive! How much will you appreciate being able to do them again? You'll never take stuff like that for granted again!

Not a bad effort. I do it on a trailbike. No fairing, no nuffin.

Had heated grips long ago, but the shaking killed them.
