Had two items finish on eBay last night. One small sale, the other has been relisted. Have transferred the payment from paypal and have paid the £6.37 off the cc. Baby steps and all that!
The supplement I won arrived last night and I've popped this on ebay. It's not something I or anyone I know use so it's better than it going to waste and hopefully make a few pennies for the cc.
Couple of spends planned for today. Obviously need to post ebay item and also need to pick up big lads turnout rug from the laundrette. Will hopefully get that done at lunch.
Have a good day x0 -
Day 8
Pretty quiet really. Withdraw money to pay farmer for last months hay. Checked online banking and rounded personal account down by £5.84 - sent straight to cc2. Couple more bids on eBay items ending on Sunday
Day 9
Woke up this morning to find that one of my BIN items had sold for £10have just logged onto cc2 and paid this off the balance. Will get down to the post office this morning and get the item sent.
Still awaiting on the £40 payout from onepoll (did say make take upto 28 days but I'm impatient lol!)
Jobs for the weekend:
1. Post ebay item
2. Top up shop
3. Give the house a bit of TLC
4. Get garden sorted for winter
5. Soup in the sc for next weeks lunches
6. Spot of batch cooking for freezer
7. Chop and freeze any veg thats about to turn0 -
Got all jobs done apart from the garden, so been a fairly productive weekend on the whole.
Spent £49 food shopping. Wasn't too bad as included a lot of meat for OH meals. Strictly speaking leaves £60 in food budget to cover 2 weeks. Should hopefully be doable providing I manage to keep the OH out of the supermarket!
6 items have just sold on eBay for £36.79 - pleased with that as was just clothes that had been sat in the back of the wardrobe for ages. Have logged on and paid this straight off cc2. Got a £5 bid on an item finishing wednesday too, so all in all not bad. I've sorted a few more bits to list - will get these on during the week.0 -
Another £11.77 paid off courtesy of ebay sales
Posted 3 of the parcels, buyer number 4 paid as soon as I got back from the post office - typical lol! Still waiting for the remaining two to pay up.
Swagged another £5 Amazon voucher. Got £10 now waiting to come through - another christmas pressie almost sorted.
Gonna have a sort out of the tack room to look for more ebay fodder tomorrow night. Getting in the zone :j0 -
Wow great stuff on the sales. I need to get more stuff listed. Feels like CC2 could be toast in no time0% card was £1126.91 / Now £1502.37

I hope so mfm - that and cc3 are what's left of the summer of huge vets bills. Would love to get them both paid off before Christmas, just need to make sure I don't loose focus and momentum.....0

Ugh, vets bills
I have sold loads of gems from my tackroom but sometimes I refuse to sell for such little money. Eg have a brilliant but old Rambo rug, practically brand new, that people want to pay £30 for. Would rather just keep it for my next horse0% card was £1126.91 / Now £1502.37

I know what you mean mfm. My boys have more rugs than they need but being awkward sizes (4ft & 7ft 3!) I like to have a couple of spares just in case. Have got a couple of premier equines sat unused that I only paid around £35 in their sale a few years back. I know they fetch good money on eBay but they don't reduce them like that anymore - so they're gonna stay put in the tack room.......0

Had another ebay buyer pay up today. Still waiting on one - makes me a bit cross since they swiped the item in the closing minutes but still take 3 days to pay up
Paid the ebay money and a further £50 off cc2 - determined to get rid ASAP - total payment for day 12 = £61.47
In other news have a vets bill winging it way to me for £121 for medicationas its on the account it can be budgeted for and paid out of next months pay, so no immediate panic.
Got another eBay item ending tonight - £5 bid so far. Still no sign of 1poll paying up ...........0 -
Had an ebay item finish last night with £4.99 bid and my final buyer from the weekend paid yesterday, so have sent another £10 in the direction of cc2. Need to post the parcels out at lunchtime.
Had a quick look through the tack room and have a bag of stuff to get listed. Nothing of great value but would hope to make around £30. Have also listed some of the more difficult to post bits on local horsey fb pages. No interest as yet but should be around £50 if they do sell.0
