    I wouldn't care so much about the big company issue, what about the sales person that made this mistake.

    By costing the company money and you being hard-nosed about it you could easily cost them their job.

    How about just pay what you agreed? Just because a mistake was made it is no excuse to rip other people off, whether it be a huge corp or just a one-man band.
