How much would you be willing to pay for this phone?

Well they were wrong about price matching within networks (i.e. price matching to T-Mobile's upgrade price despite you not being on the network). For example, if at Carphone Warhouse, T-Mobile is celling a phone for £50 and O2 is selling it for £70, you can price match it to the £50. The store said they couldn't. Emailed CPW twice and they said yes. But I had to copy and paste their policy stating so.

I've got the mini - had it getting on for 9 months or so (I got it when they'd fairly recently come out)... decent enough phone for what I do, which basically is facebook, angry birds, candy crush, fair bit of internet browsing at home off my wi-fi. Battery life is about as rubbish as you'd expect from a smartphone these days. Long as you buy it with the knowledge it's a lower-tier phone riding the coat tails of the S3's name and marketing.

watch out for expansys as they are real a-holes to deal with as I returned a pristine nexus 4 to them as they missold it to me as a UK model when it was not and they are claiming it was scratched when received at their warehouse.

absolutely terrible customer service as they don't answer emails and callcentre agents are only there to initially make the RMA process difficult and thereafter deny consumer rights legislation.

I believe they are attempting to defraud me. if you have to return anything to them take photos of the item with the date showing on it and the imei number on the screen of the device and on the box to protect yourselves
