Organic Surge Kiss and Make Up Facial Wipes - WNBA, didn't like the feel of these. They felt cheap and nasty! Good for getting make up off but I much prefer the Boots ones.

Seems to be happening on lots of the forums, I don't think we've been singled out ;)

I'm on a roll this month!

    UU:

    14. Dove Beauty Cream body wash 55ml - WNBA, did the job but didn't lather well and I'm not a fan of the traditional Dove scent, a bit soapy IMO.

    15. No7 Age Defence Cleansing Balm 30ml - WNBA, didn't feel that it cleaned properly (had to always do a 2nd cleanse or use wipes etc to remove makeup) and I didn't like the smell - plasticky and generally not very nice! I don't think it had gone off, either - no reason for it to have, it wasn't in the stash long and was unopened.

Eos Hand Lotion, 44ml - WNBA, smells amazing but blatently says it contains palmate (palm oil) on the label.....which is a great shame!

 that happened to me too, now been able to log in and repost hopefully. Rubbish day at work and feeling very tired with sore throat, hope I'm not coming down with anything.:(
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time
  • Some UU to declare from our week away.

    Cotton wool pads - WBA

    Ins

    Morning all!

    UU:

    16. Champneys watermint body scrub 200ml - WBA, very scrubby and refreshing, left my skin feeling quite tingly - great for summer, maybe not one for winter though! No need to repurchase anytime soon, lots more scrubs in the stash!

  • I've been very bad this month! Although in my defence it's the first time I've made non-essential purchases since February :D

A couple of UUs so far:
    - Giovanni volumising shampoo - got this as part of a beauty swap at my local Whole Foods. Expensive so probably wouldn't buy but will look out for it at the next swap as it was lovely. My hair has been a nightmare since the dodgy shampoo that gave me eczema back in March (which still hasn't healed) and this didn't aggrevate it at all.
    - L'Occitane verbena shower gel - I quite like the verbena range but still have a few products in the range so wouldn't buy right now.

A couple of GAs to my mum:

    - Body Shop Cranberry shimmer lotion - gave a nice sheen but caused my skin to dry terribly afterwards.
    - L'Occitane verbena soap - have another in the stash anyway.

    And finally my INs:

    - OPI I Theodora You - I've never owned an OPI before and was too tempted by the duty free when we flew a few weekends ago. Nice colour but chips horribly and doesn't last long enough for the price!
    - 3 bottles of Jacob's body wash - in my defence, my local Whole Foods was doing a deal last week where you could get a 800ml bottle for 99p (usually a tenner a bottle I think) so I went and stocked up. This should last a while! :rotfl:

I think my drive to get my stash level down has rubbed off on my 2 year old DD - she insists on using one of my body lotions after she has a bath every time now. I do try to be a bit careful that whatever she's using is ok for her, but she's a big help so far :D

Hope everyone is doing ok today. Keep using up those products! :)
