Hi Madonna, I see you posted on 21st aug that you received a letter from Delta saying they would be in contact shortly. I received one last week too + have just taken a telephone call confirming our compensation will be paid into my account within the next couple of weeks. Thankyou moneysaving expert! Hope you've had positive result also, Michelle0
