Hi this is my first post I made individual potato bake last night and was yum so i thought id share.
Dry off a few of the potatos and Grate them, grate some cheese and mix with the grated potato. Then cut bacon into small squares and fry in a little oil and throw in a few frozen peas and heat through.
Layer cheese and potato mix on the base of an individual pie dish, top with half the bacon and peas mix add another layer of potato and cheese then add the rest of bacon mix and top with final layer of potato mix. Bake in the oven for about ten mins (or nuke for a couple of mins) until cheese melts.
you can use any combination instead of the bacon and peas such as sliced hot dog and beans, left over chicken and ham, pasta sauces, broccoli, onions the combinations are endless.:)0 -

Tinned potatoes - slice them. Add oil to pan. Add sliced onion and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the sliced potatoes. Add large spoonful of sugar, sprinkle of ground black pepper, sprinkle of paprika, ground salt, and maybe also ground garlic and cook until crisp. Is very nice as the sugar caramelises the onions and potatoes.0
