    Yep, basically that is correct. They would have debited the seller's account. Try not to get stressed about the transaction, you have your money back, try and move on and don't let it play on your mind.

    Nothing presumptuous about my reply.

    I merely stated the factual information.

    They can't take the money from the seller, they can debit their account, which if it does not have a positive balance, means an accounting adjustment.

    I was just trying to be pleasant to the OP, in saying, don't let it get to you, the best thing is to move on and forget it.
