If you have the right software and you have deleted files/photos on camera media, you can recover them, much the same as with hard drives, I have often done this when I moved fiels over edited one or two and decided to get the orginals back.

With the camera connected to the PC, open windows wxplorer and you should see the camera as a disc drive. Again using explorer, find the photos and copy / paste them to the camera. Here is some software if you want to recover the deleted ones on the camera memory card - http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/UK/welcome.htm

One last option if the upload to cam doesn't work and your email has size filters on it....
Sign up for a yahoo briefcase where you can dump quite a few files then pick them up again from your home PC. (again, another freebie solution)
Oh and a non-free one. Send the pictures from your work PC to an online processor like https://www.photobox.co.uk to get lovely prints back from them!

"Blondie" - did my suggestion work? I hope it did - if not, don't take any more photos on the card as I'm 95% confident that the software will recover the deleted photos on the card - I've recovered photos from cards which had been formatted with this software - the only problem is if you overwrite them, then they no longer exist, deleting or formmating them, just deletes the "entry" not the photo. I hope this makes sense, but if you need any more help, please ask.
