HELP PLEASE - Cheapest PAYG for OAP

I only use about 15 mins per month with a few text messages.
I have sent for the Tesco sim card - it looks simple, the 02 network is strong in my area, it supports 2G and, though not as cheap as some above, its still a lot less than Virgin mobile.
To Change from Current Provider to Another:
I made a request for the Sim Card - then when you receive it you find the form on Tesco site which enables you to change from one network to another. You have to ask your current provider for a PAC number which you enter on this form and you also have to enter the number on the Sim you received. In some cases you are able to keep your current mobile number.
Thanks +++ to all above who have sent suggestions - I am sure they will have helped many other elderly low users of mobiles0 -

Recently moved my Dad over from Virgin to Ovivo. Another light user so in effect the free 250 txts and 150mins a month is ideal for him and i recommend.
Other than that you have the likes of giffgaff which are pretty cheap.Hi there! We’ve had to remove your signature. It was so good we removed it because we cannot think of one so good as you had and need to protect others from seeing such a great signature.0 -
If anyone goes for the Tesco Mobile sim card make sure they put you on the Lite User tariff. The sim card I was sent was for the 'Triple Your Credit' tariff - I was horrified to see the calls were listed as 25p per minute.
However I went on the Tesco Mobile Chat line and they changed it to the Lite tariff - calls 8p per minute and texts 4p. If you only make a few calls and texts per month it useless having your credit doubled (for only one month) and having to pay 25p per min.
The Chat line rep did everything for me - loads of advice and links but make sure you have your new Sim Card from Tesco and PAC number from your current provider before you go on Chat Line.
You will find it on this page http://shop.tescomobile.com/mobile-phones/pay-as-you-go0
