HELP PLEASE - Cheapest PAYG for OAP
Does anyone know of a cheaper network than Virgin for a very low user on PAYG with a 2G phone. I only call and occasionally text.
Virgin have just put up their prices for PAYG so I thought I would look for a cheaper tariff. I thought I had found one in Three but you can't use their sim card in a 2G phone (or so they tell me)
Thanks ++ in anticipation of advice.

Ovivo. It costs £15 for the SIM card and then 150 minutes and 250 texts per month every month are free.

If you don't like the look of that then Sainsbury charge 8p per minute for calls and 4p per text.

Thanks for this info Coopdivi - I will look into these two and find out if they support the old 2G phones. They are certainly cheaper than Virgin Payg prices.0

Hi SilverLiz,
How many minutes do you use on average during a month?
Are they to landlines or mobiles?0
