Packing nearly done, kitchen looking passable and front room almost there. Need to do a quick tidy round and then just clean the ratties and run the vacuum around (will wait til after dinner for vacuuming when it will, hopefully, be a bit cooler!)

remove anything that belongs elsewhere to be rehomed
quick run round with Henry or Hetty or whatever's on suction duty

Juliejim I wasn't up as early as that, tho I probably should be. :rotfl:

I've been on the road all day not long home. OH got jab this morning then he has an appointment and the other person didn't bother to show....:mad: Then took DD up for her week away. Called in with my sister (her BIL's girlfriend just had a baby girl this morning she's only 4 pound something and 4 weeks early). So it's been all go here.

Now to get on with the list and get the boys to bed at a good time tonight. I'm hoping DS3 will go to his own bed and stay there. Then i'll get an online food shop done for tomorrow morning, kids are clearing the cupboards quicker than I can fill them.:rotfl:

tha you for the list. Having been away from the thrread for TOO long I am in. Have the school holidays with the children and an on doing some decorating too so want the house looking good by the time we all go back. That is plan... As for reality?!

Sort out cards for November and December - because trying to find birthday cards (etc) when the shops are chock full of Christmas cards is NOT easy! Add them to your list. Put them in a MEMORABLE place - because we don't want them lost when you need them!

And finally - don't forget your frog list - even if you only nibble on a frog make a start!

I have managed to vacuum living room and sofas and curtains, changed the covers on one of the sofas. My neighbour washed the covers for me as she has free electricty while the sun is shining. I can take more tomorrow or any day it is sunny

I sorted out some C'mas cards and I have enough for the next two years! And birthday cards sorted for November too.

Oh dear just noticed the time. No wonder the littlies are starving.

I have pretty nails! But I still need to get packing. Just sat here decluttering soup as I've not been home long.

WFH tomorrow, so might start early to finish early. Need to bob out and pay deposit for DD party, and pop to chemist.

WM on with my bedding, need to remake bed too...
