Poor Piggers, Is this going to be your last then?

Number 4 was my last!!!! I'm saying nowt!

I don't dust.. I have a rat on a stick for webs and will wipe over flat surfaces with a damp microfibre cloth or a baby wipe if I happen to have one to hand when I see it.. but usually.. I don't bother!

    Morning All

Well I had a serious case of CBA last night, & I am in the middle of a good book, & I had an hour me time due to DD wanting to stay & play with his little friend, so I read instead of flying :D & I dont care Miss :p My DH & DD are away, I cannot believe how tidy the house is :D. I come home at night to the same house I left in the morning, usually when I walk in the back door, DH is getting dinner ready & kitchen looks like there has been an explosion, (even though all he has to do is defrost something from the meal planner :rotfl:)

Seriously though, bathrooms will take me all of 30 minutes tonight, I do doors, skirting, dadorail & coven when I am suting anyway & light switches are chrome & easily marked so they tend to be done daily so I have updated listy. DH is coming home tonight as he has to go to Grangemouth tomorrow to get training on an engine they don't have down in Carlisle so :j I will get a better sleep tonight :D.

*stands in corner with pointy dunce hat on*

I have never once, since the mid-1970s when electricity suddenly got super expensive, taken washing straight out of the WM and put it in the TD. Until today. I have the fifth load on, another one on the floor waiting and three more to collect from the cottage around the corner where various people have need of room service. The forecast is utterly merde for the next four days. In short, summer has arrived.
    Better is good enough.

    Morning all

Confession time. We have a big blanket box on the landing that in theory is full of spare bedding but in reality gets all sorts of c**p but in it. I cant remember the last time I moved it and cleaned underneath/behind it. So wish me luck and I hope there are no spiders living under there!

I get the whole frog thing now. My most demanding frog is to finish the paperwork for the voluntary job I do - it should have been sent in yesterday - aaagh!

Ah well, at least the bathroom looks nice, thanks for the motivation everyone.

Valli are you the lady that used to match the colour of clothes pegs when you pegged out or am I thinking of someone else?

However did you make THAT connection? yes

    - maybe they're not fully dry?

Mum has been, with shopping. I am to pick up a lounger from the shop this afternoon with my staff discount.
DS and DD both appeared, as did DS's GF. Cue goggle-eyes from mother and a quick, glib, explanantion from me (they went to the pictures so she stayed over) - he is 20 in Sept (20:eek::eek:)

Have made emergency appt with dentist for DD.

meter reader has been - so all ebay packing was swiftly evicted from understairs cupboard so he could see meter. All young people have CLIMBED over pile WITHOUT COMMENT - why to I bother to clean and tidy?

    DW on
Clean laundry sorted so I have just 1 basket of socks to pair up, a basket of undies to sort and a few bits binned
    DW just about finished
Units and worksurfaces just about finished wiping.. I'm feeling a bit ropey now so having 5 minutes with a cuppa.

OH up and off to Tesco shortly so the sweeping will wait until he has replaced my brush :p

Very very hot today. Need to get WM going. It will dry in 1/2 an hour on the line.

Going to go and strip a few beds.

    Pain easing vibes to piggers.
