I've just had similar - tried to check in online for a flight for OH next Monday and online check in is not available. He doesn't want to have to arrive extra early as he is hand-luggage only and will have to presumably join a queue of people who have baggage to check in? Tried ringing landline number for Jet 2 but that is head office. Will have to ring 0871 number but has anyone been successful in getting checked in over the phone in these circumstances? It's not like I've left it til the last minute!0
