I've got a recipe for a scrummy courgette relish, and there's always HFW's Glutney if you are still overrun.

    Evening all,

He looks a little smasher Judi, congratulations on becoming a nanny,I'm sure you'll love it ,its fab :)

redruby, sorry to hear about your redundancy but hope you get fixed up with a job you love very soon.

DH & I had a rare Sunday to ourselves so we went for a walk along a stretch of the Leeds Liverpool canal,it was lovely and hot.Had a sandwich at one of the canal side pubs, and a drink at another a couple of bridges further on,then walked back to the car.We stopped off at a vantage point to admire the view and could see a storm coming in and the heavens opened so we came back home then.Since then its been on/off sunshine and showers, but it was nice to get some time out together.

We've just had a bit of a snack as we werent too hungry so I got out of the full production Sunday tea too :jJust got to decide what to watch tonight now and hope you all have a good evening.
Hope your first ever roast chicken turned out well glitterkitty.

It turned out brilliantly thanks! I even texted a photo of it to my mum lol (nearly 30 and I'm asking my mum how to roast a chicken!) I dissected it earlier on and I got 2 large takeaway cartons full of meat - one of white meat and one of dark. So pleased!! It tastes really yummy so I can't wait for my lunch at work tomorrow!! :-)
the only debt left now is on credit cards! The evil loan has gone!! :j:j

Just a smile at the end of the day for you dog lovers. Today we emptied our cloak cupboard, which is where our boiler lives, as tomorrow we are having a new efficient one fitted, so we have put everything in the spare bedroom (in a bungalow), including dog biscuits. As I have said before Skye has a love of Bonios, so just sat here I could hear her doing this low quiet barking she does when she wants our attention, searching for her, she had smelt them out, and was standing there asking for one, she hadn't had one earlier today. Dog's can't talk, not much!!

Islandmaid Courgette cake is very nice, some recipes here.
