Are you enjoying run club a bit more now Maz! My running club has been moved to sunday mornings and don't start again for a couple of weeks...
Enjoy is maybe not the word but it's okay. I went mon/wed this week so hoping that going twice a week and one run alone at weekend will give me more noticable benefits...
This is a new 7 week block so trying to be more positive and have some line to measure myself against in 7 weeks..... well kinda...
Thanks Hypno - consistent is okay isn't it!
Swimming tomorrow morning before work, first early morning swim in ages so will be interesting to see if i can get anywhere near my PB of 40 lengths...!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
You will look back in 6 or 7 weeks time and be amazed at your progress, Im sure. And YES, consistant is OK! It is a good solid base on which to build.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Bunny - alledgedly your diet will naturally improve, and I think to be honest mine sort of did, but being a bit stressed out has trashed it again. Todays food has been:
some boiled rice
a slice of pizza
a packet of Walkers Sunbites
a vodka and tonic
Hmmmmm........I need to work on that tomorrow I think!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
