Sorry Rich was replying to you...yep I was out of breath and red in the face which doesnt happen to me very often since I'm lazy and like to run below my peak most of the time
I like hills though because they replicate speed work but in your usual rhythm, so you dont have to get into an unusual stride pattern for the run...0 -
