    Coming back from school is uphill most of the way - it hurts!!! :eek:

    I do lots of hills and love them. Ask Snaggles I can hardly avoid them!!!

    Hills give leg speed - but fast times are run on flat courses.

    Major marathons are all flat because they want world bests attached to their events.

    As far as I'm concerned a race is a time trial so the flatter the better!
