Which would be greatly more useful than telling us you never had a problem with them - after all, nor have I, mainly as I've never used them.

Well I've always found them quick and efficient, not much to add to that. Like I said, never had a problem, and I've used them over a dozen times without a hitch.

Hence why I think they are good.

I really don't understand what the issue with someone saying they've always had good service from a company is - in response to a complaint?

Are you saying that if 10,000 people used a service, and 1 person had their holiday ruined, that this counts for more than the other 9,999 good experiences?

No, but when someone raises specific points - in this case transfer time and poor customer service - it is much more helpful to relate your comment to those points.

It may be more helpful to the OP, but to everyone in general it's helpful to have a variety of opinions because nothing is ever black and white.

And I won't be bullied by certain people on here into not giving my opinions should they differ from theirs.
