My experience was the same as OP. I wouldn't use them again despite their relative cheapness.

I expressed my opinion because I have never had an issue with them, and I don't particularly want a company that has provided me a good service to be misrepresented by one person's bad experience with them.

So, you think just because you had a good experience with them that will be helpful in some way to someone who suffers an experience similar to the OP's and misses a flight?

It's perfectly relevant to specify good experiences because all too often people who suffer bad experiences bother to post reviews (bad) of them. I'm just evening up the keel.

Well it is a good one. If I have a good experience, I will speak about it. Some people have good experiences, some people don't - I'm addressing the balance, and that's all.

It is a PRAISE, Vent and Warning forum I believe.

The OP started the topic with a warning/vent, and that's fair enough. Me? I've had nothing but a good experience so I praised the company.

No need for such gross over-reactions, quite frankly, and I will not be bullied by anyone into either not posting my opinion or posting the same opinion as someone else for the sake of 'fitting in'.

Ok, sorry for the rude way I expressed myself in a couple of the above posts.

I still maintain my right to post a good experience (if I've had one) and I saw no point in starting another topic on the same compay...regardless of how "useful" it was to the OP, but I feel quite strongly that it is perfectly reasonable to provide an opposing view.

Had I had a bad experience, I too would have shared it. But I didnt.

Or maybe you could share something useful, like how long it takes you to transfer to the terminals after parking your car, and back. Or why you think they are good.

Which would be greatly more useful than telling us you never had a problem with them - after all, nor have I, mainly as I've never used them.
