    Stupid question ... what's gas mark 4 in Celsius?

    I'm raking round for oven recipes cos my hob's exploded ... :o

    Yes you could make it with stewed plums but I would set the oven at a lower temperature and cook it for longer to make sure the topping was cooked properly.
