Thanks, Nile. I've since granted them company rep permissions and so I've reopened the thread for them to reply.

Regarding Quick Garden activity. As we indicated on our website, our company is registered in the UK, however, the factory itself is based in Levaniskiai, Moletai district, Lithuania and has functioned since 1993. It was decided to manufacture in Lithuania in order to ensure a better quality of the products (as the factory is a member of the Manufacture Association which is the first in Europe who confirmed Unified Log house manufacture quality standard) and to reduce the manufacture costs.

All the products supposed to go to the UK market are delivered and further stored in our Lambert Brothers Haulage Ltd Logistic Warehouse in Eastleigh. Lambert Brothers Ltd distribute the products to our customers all around the UK.
Any of our potential customers is always welcome to come to our warehouse, the factory or visit us in our customer support centre which is not usually what any other log cabin sellers offer.

Regarding Facebook Comments. We apologise, however, we could not keep the comment which publicizes our business data or exposes our colleagues’ personal information.

Regarding delays. We acknowledge that at some time our factory did encounter the delay problems of the cabins and their spare parts, caused by equipment renovation works and quickly growing increase in the demand of the products (it concerns the cabins and spare parts that were not in stock). We understand, that it is not professional and we do not consider such delays as a regular thing to happen. To be honest we’re very ashamed of it. We offered and paid compensations to the customers to whom we were late with the deliveries of the cabin or its spare parts. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. It is very important for us that the customers are happy with the quality of our cabins and our service. So, we put all our efforts into quick deliveries and proper service. One of such steps is cooperation with Lambert Brothers Haulage Ltd, who won Depot of the year Award in 2013.

On the positive side, I ordered a Cabin from Quick Garden after useless contact with a few other companies some of whom have still to reply with a quote!! Living on the Isle of Skye off the west coast of Scotland it's a problem getting anything delivered these days but for Quick garden it wasn't. Yes it would cost us a lot more for delivery but we ended up still paying less including delivery than we would have for a similar cabin from more local companies who were refusing to deliver to us as we were on an island (which has a free bridge!!!). We ordered our cabin at the end of May and unfortunately we fell straight into the delays, I wanted that cabin so much that I was patient (for once) and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We eventually received the cabin on the 1st September. Yes their customer service could have been better as I was the one that had to contact them to see what was happening but each time their staff were very apologetic and gave me a genuine reason for delay. So yes it may have taken twice as long to receive my cabin as quoted (nobody mentioned compensation but I will be looking into that one) but apart from a couple of hiccups which we are In The process of sorting out I am more than happy with my cabin, it's solid construction and it looks fantastic. Apart from the delay, I could not recommend them enough.0

There was someone asking on here i think last week, she was after a garden office and had looked into getting one of these big shipping containers and the place quoted her for making it into exactly what she wanted.
Update .....
This is what i was thinking of, it wasn't an office it was only for storage.

Quick Garden have asked us to re-visit our comment as they have now compensated us for the problems we have had. This is I think a fair summary of our dealings with them.
15/03!!! First attempt at erection. We stopped work with roof half fixed because it was sagging badly.
02/04!!! 2nd attempt to correct roof, half of which QG replaced with new wood. Still sagged. We were told to go ahead and decorate to protect the wood.
27/04!!! QG sent a new team to inspect the building. They dismantled it as their first team had not been erected properly. We claimed the cost of the decorators labour and paint costs and QG paid them.
22/06!!! The replacement building was erected, 3 months after the original building should have been completed. Unfortunately it was not correct. We employed a structural engineer to examine it and then contacted Quick Garden with the list of faults. These included unstable walls, loose & ill fitting windows, missing barge & fascia boards etc. QG sent us a pack of wood approx 1800 x 600 x 300mm to complete the job and assured us that the wobbling walls would not affect the longevity of the building.
21/07!!! We bought new wood as the pack supplied was nowhere near enough and employed a local joiner to stabilise the building. We were worried that it would move and might even collapse. He strengthened the walls to make the building safe, re-fitted the double door, the personnel door and the windows since there were big gaps between them and the building. QG told us the gaps were to allow for expansion. The joiner fitted sills and new back moulding to fill the gaps while still leaving room for expansion. We have videos and photos showing these defects.
The joiner removed the barge board which had been fitted but was too small and replaced it and also fitted the missing barge board and fascia boards. The joiners bill was £1161.19. This is in our opinion a fair invoice and will stand examination. The building we hope is now secure.
The building was finally finished over four months late and after a lot of wrangling. It disrupted our business which is run from the same site and affected sales because during that time much of our stock was packed away. The delay in completing the building also caused a four month delay in starting work on our new house. Quick Garden were fully aware of these problems.
25/10 Our solicitor sent three letters to Quick Garden who finally paid us for the joiners labour to correct their work and £500.00 compensation. Finally an end to the matter.0 -
In my view this is a good product at a good price, but it won't be a completely easy ride. Quick garden UK seem to be a virtual outfit -apparently no office or storage warehouse. "In stock" means in stock in Lithuania. Parting with your deposit will be a leap of faith. I needed to contact the delivery company several times to sort out the delivery and they were always very helpful. When the product finally arrives, you will need to pay the remainder. At this point you won't have enough time to check that the product is complete or intact. Replacement/missing parts will need to come again from Lithuania and might need manufacturing......more time. Professional assembly is pricey and might not be a pleasant man. So if you think you want to order, make sure you do it at least 2 months before you want it in place. In my case, I think it was worth all the effort involved.0

I bought a cabin double glazed with insulated walls.
Had LEVEL proper base erected.
Used THEIR PROFESSIONAL construction company. As advertised - "our hi-qualified assembly partners"
The cabin was erected with Eves OVER my existing garage.
This has STOPPED the cabin from dropping properly causing faps to appear all over the place.
One year after erecting, countless visits back from "THEIR hi- qualified assembly partners" STILL gaps allowing wind through it.
POintless paying for double glazed and insulated....
Second problem... Windows have leaked since it was erected. Just been told by the assembly team it's a fault with the Windows...and other customers had same problem who had inward opening windows...
Contacted the company and they taking NO responsibility for it.
Saying base not level...
YES it is.
No customer complaints about Windows....
Well if that's the case you need to speak to your Hi-qualified assembly melt team who say there is....:(:(0 -

Yes, I admit we had trouble with this garage the first time we used certain special construction solutions, which unfortunately didn‘t justify themselves and owing to this we delivered a replacement garage which was made employing additional reinforcements. In addition, we paid for the extra labour. As we have mentioned before, just like everybody else who works a lot, we sometimes mistakes, but we never run from our responsibilities. We sincerely hope that your garage will serve you for many decades to come and you know that you can always contact us if you need our help or assistance.Sandra251 wrote:In my view this is a good product at a good price, but it won't be a completely easy ride. We cannot agree with you. When we say “In stock”, we mean that our products are in stock in our warehouse in Eastleigh.
I confirm that our customer-care call centre is based in Lithuania, but we also have our office in St. Albans (Herts.) and everybody is welcome to visit us there and deal with us face-to-face.
Also we keep replacement parts for fast delivery, unless it is a very special part, such as a custom-made one. With regards to payment on delivery, Quick Garden is the only log cabin supplier in the UK that accepts payments upon delivery. All other retailers demand payment before delivery. Nevertheless, we did not refuse to deliver the missing or damaged part free of charge despite the item’s package not being inspected before the delivery agent had left.
As for the unpleasant installation team member, we agree with you. After we received a number of complaints we ceased our cooperation with him. We offer our apologies in this matter. We are very happy to find that you like your cabin/garage.Chernico wrote:

Also this situation is currently in process as we have asked you to show or explain where exactly the windows are leaking, but as yet we have not received a reply apart from “it’s not visible”. Please help us to find out where exactly the problem exists and we will do our best to sort this out immediately.
