Garden Cabin-anyone used Quick Garden Ltd?

  • I've been shopping around and also found Quick Gardens to be very well priced and their website seems excellent. However, from this post it seems they are a little too good to be true. I think I might look elsewhere.

    We sell around 2000 different kinds cabins and garages in the UK every year and when we speak about such a volume, I’m sure everyone would agree that it‘s almost impossible not make any mistakes. However, I believe that the most important thing is to take responsibility for these mistakes and to rectify them as soon as possible, which is exactly what we do when we are faced with such situations.



    Regarding any negative feedback, we receive complaints from only 2.2% of our orders and based on our statistics 94% of all unsatisfied customers leave feedback on the internet, whereas only 4% of satisfied customers do this.

    Well personally what i dealt with was different from what you are describing here guys... I've ordered their log cabin a few weeks ago...Delivery was on time... thought their installation service was a bit expensive but gave it a shot... they dealt well and my cabin seems to be top quality... Good luck in future purchases
  • Well I ordered our log cabin from quick garden after a long look into buying a cabin in September 2015, there was a delay in the items ordered as they did not have them in stock had to be shipped over from Lithuania and because the weather was starting to get back I asked them if the haulage company would keep the item until I got back in touch with them.

    I contacted them last week to say I would like the cabin to be delivered. Hopefully it should be here by no later than 4 April. I have been dealing with a guy called mantas who has been most helpful and has already given us some slight compensation because of the delay.

    I will report back on here once the item has been delivered and erected to let you know how we get one.
  • I bought a garage from them last year for my MG. The complete kit was
    delivered within a week and their fitters put it up the same day.
    Basically I can’t complain about anything, as the quality is really good,
    the installation was smooth and the communication all went like clockwork. I also

    got a lot of useful information about the garage’s maintenance.
  • Don't use Tiger Sheds of Leeds, avoid at all cost, poor quality and dreadful customer service.

    I bought a 5ft x 6ft garage in January and it really is a great product & such amazing customer service from the Company Quick Garden. I was a little put off by the fact they were based in Lithuania, so I just rang them and found them very helpful & reassuring so I gave them a go. I was not disappointed. I searched through a lot of Companies for log cabin style garages and the quality for the price they offer couldn't be beaten. It really is a very well put together product, thick walls, 2 sets of double glazed windows & side door and interlocking roof - no flimsy chipboard! Delivered on time, but the delivery company had managed to "bash" some of the pieces with a very heavy object and they were not usable. I rang the head-office and they were apologetic & immediately offered alternatives and compensation & there was no delay in the build. I always found them very quick to respond by telephone or email and very willing to assist. We decided to build the garage ourselves and any time we weren't sure on anything we rang them and they talked us through it, even putting us on to their own installation team one time. Very helpful. Took 2 of us about 3 days altogether to complete, very simple really. It's been up for 4 months now and no leaks anywhere, what I would say though is it's worth sealing between the storm board and the base of the garage and a seal under the main barn door for the heavy rain. The garage looks great and has given us the extra storage space we needed, so thank you Quick Garden!

  • Hey guys so a few months later I had to deal with Quick-Garden again and wanted to share my experience.
    I had some strong winds last month in my area (I live North of Liverpool) and eventually some branches fell off and broke a window. I contacted their customer support team and asked what to do, they requested to send some photos as a proof. They said they will order replacement window free of charge and I will only have to cover the delivery fee, which I thought was nice. So yeah here we are 2 weeks later I've got a broken window replaced by a brand new one. Cheers Quick-Garden
