Start small if it helps, maybe do 15 minutes?

I started at 10 minutes, with 5 minutes warm down, and then worked up a bit, makes it easier for me anyways

I started off cycling 5k, I'm now doing 12k in about 35-40 minutes. No idea if that's any good or not! But I'm taking it a little bit at a time and I'm def making improvements.

However Vincada Portuguese (Moscato?) 75cl (NA T &A) £3.99 in M.
