Did someone do a roll call for the elite 5:2 earlier?
I might go and jump on the wii fit and see where I'm up to.
Is it really 2 months since we started the 5:2? (I'm going by my signature)
I've lost 14lbs in the 8 weeks on the 5:2 - not as much as some people but I'm pleased as I haven't weighed this little for about 30 years !ELITE 5:2

I started at 10 minutes, with 5 minutes warm down, and then worked up a bit, makes it easier for me anyways
I started off cycling 5k, I'm now doing 12k in about 35-40 minutes. No idea if that's any good or not! But I'm taking it a little bit at a time and I'm def making improvements.
Any improvement is good
I used to walk to and from work every day. Since my job was moved, it's too far to walk, so it's about time I did something about it
It's only me who can do it. Once I've done it for a week or so, I'll be fine
There will be 30 mins on it tomorrow
